SolRUO gives U.S. distributors of research-use-only compounds the counterparty verification, signed attestations, and tamper-evident audit trail that payment processors require.
Apply for AccessStrictly B2B · U.S.-only · 21 CFR §201.128
Mainstream payment processors flag research-use sales as restricted. Without documented preventive measures, accounts are frozen with no notice and funds held 90–180 days.
Selling RUO compounds without a verified counterparty gate, signed attestations, and an audit trail exposes distributors to regulatory risk under 21 CFR §201.128 intended-use standards.
Most compliance tools are built for consumer markets. There is no purpose-built payment infrastructure for B2B RUO distribution — until now.
SolRUO connects to each distributor's own Stripe account and enforces the preventive measures Stripe's own policy requires for research-use sales.
Every buyer must verify they are a qualified research counterparty — a licensed researcher, clinical laboratory, contract research organization, or credentialed institutional buyer — before accessing the storefront. No consumer access. No exceptions.
Each verified buyer signs a locked intended-use attestation aligned to 21 CFR §201.128 before any purchase. Attestation wording is standardized and cannot be weakened or removed by the distributor.
Every agreement is sealed into a cryptographically signed audit log — counterparty type, intended use, timestamp, IP, and signature hash. Exportable on demand for processor review.
SolRUO scans each connected storefront weekly for medical claims, human-use language, missing RUO disclaimers, and content that would trigger a processor review. Distributors receive a live compliance score and flagged line items to fix before a reviewer sees them.
SolRUO restricts all connected storefronts to U.S.-based buyers only. Non-U.S. access is blocked at the counterparty verification gate before any product content loads. This cannot be overridden or disabled by individual merchants. All transactions process through U.S.-based Stripe accounts settling to U.S. bank accounts only.
Stripe's own policy permits research-use compounds when preventive measures ensure they are not accessible to those who would purchase for non-research purposes. SolRUO is those measures.
SolRUO does not decide processor approval. Every connected account is independently underwritten by Stripe.
What SolRUO provides is the documented evidence trail — a verifiable record that every sale was made to a qualified counterparty, for an explicitly stated research purpose, with a signed agreement on file.
SolRUO scans your connected storefront on a weekly schedule and returns a live compliance score with specific flagged items — before a processor review catches them first.
Compliance drift is the most common reason a clean account gets flagged during routine processor review. SolRUO makes drift visible and fixable before it becomes a problem. Your monitoring history exports as a clean report you can hand to a processor alongside your signed attestation ledger.
No monthly platform fee. Your standard Stripe processing fees apply separately.
For high-volume distributors and multi-storefront operators.
SolRUO is compliance and payment infrastructure software. It is not a bank, payment processor, money services business, law firm, or regulatory authority. Payment processor approval is determined independently by Stripe and is not guaranteed by SolRUO.
Qualified RUO distributors are reviewed within 3 business days. No DTC. No consumer-facing storefronts. No exceptions.
