Yes, under defined conditions. Processor policy permits compounds sold for research purposes as long as preventive measures are in place to ensure they are not accessible to those who would purchase for nonresearch purposes. SolRUO provides those preventive measures.

Does SolRUO guarantee processor approval?

No. Every connected account is independently reviewed and underwritten by our processing partners. SolRUO provides the documented compliance infrastructure and audit trail that processors look for.

Who qualifies as a permitted buyer on a SolRUO-connected storefront?

Only verified research counterparties — licensed researchers, clinical laboratories, contract research organizations, and credentialed institutional buyers purchasing for in vitro or laboratory research use under 21 CFR §201.128.

What happens if my compliance score drops after onboarding?

SolRUO does not send alerts if your score drops after onboarding. Once you're live, keeping the storefront compliant is your responsibility.

Does SolRUO support international sales?

No. SolRUO is a domestic U.S. platform only. All connected storefronts are restricted to U.S.-based buyers at the counterparty verification layer.
